Definitely my second choice. But for an everyday beer that I could drink in large quantities if desired, nothing beats New Glarus Spotted Cow. Almost worth a trip to Wisconsin just to get it.
I just tried some New Glarus Fat Squirrel and liked it even better than Spotted Cow.
My choice would be Terrapin Moo-Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout.

I wonder if it's going to change the taste? If so, I'll have to switch to Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout.

I made the name in 08 in college, people learn from their mistakes.
And nothing wrong with fat tire, at least as an everyday beer, which is the question being posed.

If you're buyin'...
Samuel Adams Utopia
$200 per 24 oz. bottle
...but...28% ABV and needs no refrigeration...
Like a great old tawny port.
So worth it.

Delirium Tremens. Maybe Golden Draak. Something Belgian.

I don't like apple cider beers normally, but I brewed my own organic cider with 14% abv. That shite is delicious. Expensive to make, though.

I probably put this company on solid financial footing by myself 20 years ago as much as I drank. If I were drinking again, wouldn't need anything else. Alaskan Amber.

I try dozens of beers each year. Every year since about 03 Shiner has been at or near the top of each list. If it's been in the top 2 or 3 every year for 12 years then if I had to pick one that wouldn't be a bad one.
