I know it's not the trendiest craft beer but it is great tasting and consistent from batch to batch. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Good point, but I still completely disagree on Sam Adams. Mediocre beer at best.

Lol. And you're trying to lecture people on mediocre beer.

Foothills Hoppyum IPA

I have had better IPAs..but have not had one IPA I can drink as many of and not get tired of it..plus at 6.25 ABV it's a session beer for me.

Probably SN pale ale or Dale's PA. I love IPA's, but would probably burn out on too much hops over several years, therefore would just go with a pale ale.

Dale's is good stuff, but it's definitely more in the IPA territory re: IBU at 65. And, it's ABV is 6.5%. By comparison, Sweetwater IPA has a 61 IBU and 6.3% ABV.

I agree though, I love Dogfish Head 90-Minute IPA, but at 9%ABV and 90 IBUs, it couldn't be the forever exclusive beer. I'd end up in the hospital.
