Southern France or Spain most likely because I fricking hate the cold. Ireland, the UK and Germany would also be considered.

Grand Cayman. On the more secluded East end to be exact. Still only 18 miles to Georgetown and the West end but out of the touristy areas.

I would say Texas but they are a third world country that's had Ebola so I'd go with Istanbul, Turkey. Been there and it's awseome. Second choice would be Dubai, if I had a few mil to live decently.
