Not sure I would want to live there full time but Crescent City, CA wasn’t half bad.

I think SW Virginia is gorgeous. I’ve always felt a pull or an attraction to that area. The only downfall being Virginia is mostly controlled by the leftists in Richmond and NOVA

Of all the places I’ve been in the US (which isn’t a lot), I would go with Marion, NC on top of a ridge. The most peaceful vacation I’ve been on.
