re: Whole-home generator installation companies
Posted by TigerDL on 8/11/26 at 9:10 pm to dillpickleLSU
The whole exposed pipe minus where it comes out of the ground is above the concrete and not exposed. It looks super clean from generator to house. The transfer switch had to go away from the ac’s. The pvc sags a bit. Nonetheless it’s all hidden by nicely manicured azaleas. I think at the larger size liquid cooled generators Cummins was the Best Buy and gage had the most professional estimate and has been highly responsive. I get not liking their look but I certainly don’t work there and have high standards and feel they’ve treated me right and were far more professional than most service people who have come to my home. I’d recommend their services.

Gage did my 60kw home generator. They have been awesome. Jimbo has come to my house several times most recently when my lawn people hit my gas line and he walked me through the valve shut off and fixed the pipe the next morning. I priced out a bunch and feel at the large generator kw Cummins was the way to go. Hope this helps.

Caught me…
I’ve migrated almost completely from looking at Rolex these days. Still super nice but Lange has ruined it for me.

Totally agree. Started with a speed master professional then went through Rolex phase then got a calatrava 6119r then my last 4 pickups were the Rolex day date I pictured above and three lange’s.
When I pick them up, I don’t think a brand does nicer things. To me, the holy trinity wouldn’t exist because there would be only one on top if the brand hadn’t gone away for decades…

My newest two pick up’s:

[/img] Lee Michaels is now the only Rolex dealer in BR. They do the CPO (certified pre owned) program where they sell the used watches as a premium over new watches. See what their offer is.
I’d get a 44pro custom. My son is 11 going to be 12 and plays center field on a competitive team. He uses the youth version with a trapeze web, 12.5 inches. They have an ai glove recommendation tool. They frequently run 25% off. Will take 6 weeks to get if doing custom colors. They last far better than the heart of the hide gloves which he uses when he plays 2B or pitches.

There’s so much variation on home cost but everything seems high.
What is everyone’s consensus on nicest places/houses in BR? It’s always interesting to me to see how tastes differ.

Espolon reposado is good for this purpose.
Lots of bad info in this thread.
UAB is great for GI cancers. There is very little in the way of clinical trials for pancreas cancer that is non metastatic at mdacc.
In terms of her2+ breast cancer, there are certainly patients that live many years with taxol or taxotere with herceptin and perjeta followed by herceptin and perjeta maintenance and still having enhertu as an option down the road. To bypass established high level evidence to try non proven therapies like ivermectin and febendazole or albendazole is a bad idea in a case like hers when new drugs could be around the corner. With the antibody drug conjugates and BITE therapies now out it may not be long until lots of these become more manageable even if not curable presently.
Get a doctor you trust. Make sure he or she explains everything to you and reviews NCCN with you and move forward. There are often tweaks that are institutional preferences that have never shown a meaningful outcome difference that may be pushed some places over others but these are not game changers.

Lots of medical supposition on this threat. Whipples are done for extrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas and pancreatic head cancers. They (pancreas and cholangio) can behave similarly but with the new triplet therapies of chemo + immunotherapy (gem/cis/durvalumab) the response rates of cholangio can be better than pancreas. Also some cholangiocarcinomas have gene alterations that behave differently (IDH, FGFR) and are targetable by certain meds which is far less common in pancreatic cancer.
If he was early stage, he may do well.
All of the above comments about the aggressivenesss are indeed generally correct.

Lots of good suggestions but to me none of these move the needle that much in terms of being that different from your sub in terms of watch class. I’d say to get the watch you really want.
The way I see it is that really none of these Rolexes mentioned are a true step up from what you have. The Pepsi is a hot commodity like the Daytona but a lot of it is hype.
I have a Patek 6119R that is killer but I don’t wear it that much. I also have the Iwc Petronas ceratanium watch that is really great but is a chrono like my omega ck2998 and hesalite speedy.
I have the bluesy sub, milgauss z blue, skydweller blue, Wimbledon 41 DJ, DJ 40 blue, and Batman. I love them all but the sky dweller is probably my favorite.
If I were you and wanted a statement piece in the dress category in that price range, I’d look for a well kept but used Iwc Portugieser perpetual calendar. You can get a precious metal watch that is a perpetual calendar and a lot of watch for the money in the 18-20K range.
I’m looking at those now but also have my eyes set on a day date and Pepsi meteorite dial.

Same here. New bushings and trailer hitch install and conversion to lithium.
If you have to think about it you probably should do it. Last thing I want is to be considered at fault in an accident or have someone get hurt working on my house and cause me tremendous financial difficulty. Odds of getting a judgment above 10 million is pretty low especially when you consider you have insurance and then have umbrella insurance.
I’m not aware of how one would become a target unless people somehow can search who has what umbrella coverage and then try to get in an accident with someone etc.
