Espolon reposado is good for this purpose.
Lots of bad info in this thread.

UAB is great for GI cancers. There is very little in the way of clinical trials for pancreas cancer that is non metastatic at mdacc.

In terms of her2+ breast cancer, there are certainly patients that live many years with taxol or taxotere with herceptin and perjeta followed by herceptin and perjeta maintenance and still having enhertu as an option down the road. To bypass established high level evidence to try non proven therapies like ivermectin and febendazole or albendazole is a bad idea in a case like hers when new drugs could be around the corner. With the antibody drug conjugates and BITE therapies now out it may not be long until lots of these become more manageable even if not curable presently.

Get a doctor you trust. Make sure he or she explains everything to you and reviews NCCN with you and move forward. There are often tweaks that are institutional preferences that have never shown a meaningful outcome difference that may be pushed some places over others but these are not game changers.
Lots of medical supposition on this threat. Whipples are done for extrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas and pancreatic head cancers. They (pancreas and cholangio) can behave similarly but with the new triplet therapies of chemo + immunotherapy (gem/cis/durvalumab) the response rates of cholangio can be better than pancreas. Also some cholangiocarcinomas have gene alterations that behave differently (IDH, FGFR) and are targetable by certain meds which is far less common in pancreatic cancer.

If he was early stage, he may do well.

All of the above comments about the aggressivenesss are indeed generally correct.
Lots of good suggestions but to me none of these move the needle that much in terms of being that different from your sub in terms of watch class. I’d say to get the watch you really want.

The way I see it is that really none of these Rolexes mentioned are a true step up from what you have. The Pepsi is a hot commodity like the Daytona but a lot of it is hype.

I have a Patek 6119R that is killer but I don’t wear it that much. I also have the Iwc Petronas ceratanium watch that is really great but is a chrono like my omega ck2998 and hesalite speedy.

I have the bluesy sub, milgauss z blue, skydweller blue, Wimbledon 41 DJ, DJ 40 blue, and Batman. I love them all but the sky dweller is probably my favorite.

If I were you and wanted a statement piece in the dress category in that price range, I’d look for a well kept but used Iwc Portugieser perpetual calendar. You can get a precious metal watch that is a perpetual calendar and a lot of watch for the money in the 18-20K range.

I’m looking at those now but also have my eyes set on a day date and Pepsi meteorite dial.

If you have to think about it you probably should do it. Last thing I want is to be considered at fault in an accident or have someone get hurt working on my house and cause me tremendous financial difficulty. Odds of getting a judgment above 10 million is pretty low especially when you consider you have insurance and then have umbrella insurance.

I’m not aware of how one would become a target unless people somehow can search who has what umbrella coverage and then try to get in an accident with someone etc.

I have two policies totaling 10 million. The second one only kicks in if whatever happens goes over 5 million. State Farm was almost 7k for this policy but I got RLI for $2138 for 5 million with an excess policy from Hudson for $1215 for the second 5 million. The uninsured motorists coverage really increases the cost.

Cummins or kohler get my vote. I have a Cummins and it’s great. Quiet and reliable. Liquid cooled.
100k increase here too. St george
That’s unusual. Wonder if it’s merkel cell

I put an old tcl on the mantle above the outdoor fireplace we added to a renovated pool house with motorized drop down screens facing the pool. With the sun reflecting off the pool even with the tv at max brightness we couldn’t clearly see it during the day. Being that we wanted to be able to use it year around outside we bought the Samsung terrace from sams with 4 years of extra warranty so 5 years total (1yr manufacturer + additional). It was expensive at somewhere around 6K for the 75 inch tv but we love it. My pool house is separated from my house by 30-40 yards or so and I can see it through the window from inside clearly.

I justified it by telling myself that I didn’t get lsu season tickets and would be watching all the games at home. This has been so enjoyable that I’ve given up saints season tickets. There’s nothing like being outside in Louisiana October to early May to me so we have never regretted the big spend. I will admit though that if I could have seen the TCL I had easily I would have gone with that.

It is heavy but I have it on a large articulating mount.
I got a very large Cummins quiet series (60kw) and Gage did a fantastic job. Price in line with the 10 other quotes we got.

No pitch speed on tv but jump looks like he throws some heat.
Pickleball may be doable. Post tension concrete slab with lighting and surfacing for tennis is around $100k. I’ve done the research. Claytech would be a good option for tennis if slab is big enough but then pickleball on it isn’t an option.

Probably depends a bit on your tennis level and how serious you want to take it. Remember an optimal court has 120 x 60 feet of concrete.

He had merkel cell carcinoma. Not lymphoma. This is an aggressive neoplasm of skin not all that dissimilar to melanoma.
In LA for the weekend. Have kids here and going to dodgers braves tomorrow before lsu game. Since they are a pub and serve food does anyone know if kids are allowed before a certain time at Jameson’s?
