I saw someone discuss how impactful the decision was to make Twitter a platform with a character limit, as opposed to say a character minimum. Essentially, if they'd decided to force a minimum character count instead of a maximum, would our discourse look a little different? I don't think that example necessarily matters, but it does show how relatively small decisions in media/tech can have huge impacts on culture.
