State: Louisiana

Im sure there is something else if I actually went through all the laws, but for the moment it would be that people who only fish recreational does not need a fishing license.

The current restrictions on what type of fish you can catch and how many (and size you can keep them), but I think its fricking stupid that if someone goes out on the water.. hoping to catch a few, but if not no big deal.. And if they are stopped and don't have a license they will be fined.

Its the most ridiculous type of taxing (well the most ridiculous I can think of right now. Expiration stickers is a close 2nd).

Leaving the ridiculous first part out, what in the hell is an expiration sticker, Shakespeare?

TN. Legalize cannabis. We are one of the best states in the world to grow top shelf outdoor in certain parts of the state. Plus Nashville tourism. Straight bank to be made and properly taxed another revenue source to fix the dams and damned highways.

I really don't know. Discussing law is included as political talk?

This would actually probably be the one law I would change

There are no discussions or debate on the PT board. Only hate. Really disturbing place. I sent my FBI friend and DHS friend the link to the Q thread. They were a little disturbed. Think they might have ran it up the ladder.

Overturning JBE's veto of concealed carry permit.

I'm far more in favor of this. The lack of foresight in ways to attract residents and build the economy is baffling. Also, the LA sheriff's office can EAD. We need to overhaul the representatives and leaders in our state.

Tell your .gov friends to kiss my arse... and while you're at it, you can kiss my arse, too.

The fact that cannabis is illegal is utterly ridiculous. Easy answer.

You mean inspection stickers? Or brake tags (for you yats)?

Yeah those need to go. The serve no purpose except as a cash grab and a bullshite excuse for a cop to pull you over.

This is easy and it will elevate many of the problems people of color use to blame Police Officers for using force (both justifiably and without) against them.

Increase the penalty for Resisting an Officer. Hold bench trials of the accused on the single charge of Resisting prior to being bond eligible. If found guilty of Resisting an Officer, the accused would be required to serve a minimum 6 month sentence without any benefit.

I firmly believe if you do this, the amount of force used both deadly and physical would drop 40-60% in this country.

You are still presumed innocent in this country and the courts are always at your disposal. Stop fighting Cops in the streets.
