I thought the same at first, but no one is pointing, staring, or having mass amount of cell phones out. I’m leaning toward fake or at least I am hoping it is fake because I would hate to see someone on the spectrum struggling that much with COVID.

You're trying too hard bro.
She's 6 feet away and it's a still video. You don't need to turn your phone sideways to view this video therefore she didn't need to go landscape mode.
Plus if you're subtly videoing someone in public, kinda give yourself away holding your phone up in the air and sideways.
