eta: My wife while smart is definitely not the smartest person I could have married. But she certainly is the funniest, most fun and sexiest.

Yes. This is why money rarely lasts beyond the third generation.
1st generation struggles to build an empire, likely marrying like-minded high achievers.
2nd generation is still working hard children of intelligent hard-working parents, but they've got OT baller money, so they marry hot and dumb.
3rd generation is completely removed from hard work and is half stupid. There's a good chance they waste it all, but hey, miracles do happen. However, if the business somehow survives, this baller generation is also going to marry dumb.
4th generation: complete collapse as the stupid and entitlement attitude results in complete financial ruin.
