Put in the same spot. The Dome is in good shape relative to it's age with all the renovations. New Orleans needs to build a new arena imo

The Dome was built by visionaries at a time when LA actually did good things... and it was built in a way that allowed for it to redevelop over the decades.

The Arena was built on the cheap and it a mess right now, and I'm not sure there is any way to save it. A new arena is probably the only option at this point.

And water is wet.

Are you talking Saints, Pelicans, or government?

place a small tax on hotel, motel stays for 20 years and build a new arena for the Pelicans and concerts.

If ever built, the "super duper dome" should be built in the same place as the existing!

Got any more good responses. This was heavy hitting.

I was in the dome this past Sunday. The recent renovations are very nice.

Gulf Coast. Out of downtown NOLA. Jefferson Parish and Northshore don’t need the traffic or people.

It needs to be in the same place or the number of major events there will suffer

Build it on the river front in the city in-between the aquarium elysian fields mow down the navy building and make that parking and shops, bars or leave it as is

The old Navy building is a great spot if you ignore all the logistics to get it there.

Could only imagine that nimby neighborhood association having a heart attack just at the mention of the idea.
