Yep

Anything in plain view can be recorded by his camera.

Only argument would be if they had a right to stop him. Then any evidence they got out of the stop could be inadmissible. Both cops stated a reason though sooooo....

There's a former police officer on Tiktok that doesn't believe, at the very least, the officers that pulled him over knew who he was or why they were stopping him.

He offered a few reasons why he thinks this, such as how poor the videos were if they were trying to get video of his hands. The first video having the cops arm in it, second video only having a glimpse of Kohberger then looking down at it.

Two things that kind of go together is the officers demeanor, if they knew they were speaking to a quadruple homicide suspect do you think they would have acted a bit differently? Not be so talkative, perhaps. He also mentioned as a police officer you are taught to remain between the back seat and the front seat, so if one of the cars occupants pull a gun or another weapon, they have to turn all the way around to use it. Both these officers were "perfect targets" as he put it, leaning over the passenger side door.

I agree seems bogus. Given that our FBI can be a joke so maybe not.

I don't know where they pulled him over at, but I'm assuming the interstate? What officer is going to pull over a probably quadruple murderer without very obvious back up? I don't think these were detectives or swat undercover either right?

I think the Fox news and other stories that the FBI called for these is bogus. As I stated earlier they wouldn't do 2 in Indiana if so, they drove 2500 miles or whatever. Spread that shite out.

I'm also not convinced the hands thing makes sense. It was a month after the crimes. His hands would likely be very well healed by then from cuts and bruises.

Sheath of the knife was left at the scene. That is where the DNA came from police say.

You only need a high school diploma or GED to become a trooper in Indiana.

I'm not saying they're stupid but I've met some stupid cops. One of them is a friend.

Maybe she saw him but he didn’t see her.

Would explain why they stayed in their room together.

Nah they were killed at 3-4am, and the police weren't called until around 10am.

I think one of the survivors heard commotion but was intoxicated, and woke up to tell them to be quiet. They thought the boyfriend that was killed and his GF were just having rough sex or fighting I believe.

So I'm guessing that may have saved the survivors life? He heard them wake up and panicked to hurry up and leave most likely? IDK

Depending on where it was found in the house he lived close enough that a good lawyer could maybe create reasonable doubt on how the sheath it got there.

His cell phone pings though... he's fricked if they have his phone being all around the scene multiple times during that day.

Surviving roommate saw the killer but didn’t call 911 until several hours later? I’m guessing she thought he was a party goer/friend of a friend at the time…who knows.

Reading through affidavit now.

Already chilling to discover that not only were some of the victims seemingly awake when it happened, one of the roommates who survived witnessed him walk past her and leave the scene.

It doesn't read like this was the surprise, middle-of-the-night ambush like I had been thinking.

Rumor was the sheath was found under the guys body. That was before it was confirmed there even was a sheath. Since that seems to be true, wonder if it really was found under the body which would not be easily explained away by the defense.

It literally says he walked right past one of the girls who survived and gave his description.
