Kohberger is due back in court in late June for a preliminary hearing, where his defense team intends to challenge the probable cause laid out against him.
However, as Fox News Digital has reported, prosecutors could sidestep his stall tactic if they secure a grand jury indictment before that.

This guy is going to be loved tenderly in prison, lethal injection might be a mercy.

Waiting for defense to break out, he was in a relationship with one of the girls in the house. Would explain his DNA there, there's if any at his place. Would also, take care of cell phone pings of him in area and video of his car.
Get the feeling something along this line will be his defense! Time will tell.

That can be pretty easily disproved. There's absolutely zero indication that he was involved in any reciprocated communication with anyone in that house at any time.

Did you type that thinking the defense would actually try...
Nevermind you weren't thinking when you typed that.

Before arrest I figured any trace or touch DNA not tied directly to murder actions or murder weapon would have attempts to be explained as just being present during a party. They would probably even use the police video responding to noise complaint when a couple of people stated the roommates were no longer there and had to call one to talk with cops. I am not sure if they all really were not there as they had already gotten a noise warning and informed that the next time the residents would be held responsible and ticketed for noise of their guests, but it is on record that a party went on without any roommates present or aware of everyone inside house at that time.
I don’t think that plays as well with dna found on sheath of a knife that hopefully can be matched to the type that made the murder wounds or that was also found in a bedroom upstairs which would less likely have innocent strangers going to during a party.

People Magazine
Former coworker at the Greek restaurant where two of the victims worked coming out saying suspect ate there at least twice. I know lots of people have speculated/wondered this, but it’s being reported as fact now.

Turns out Bryan Kohberger applied for a position with the Pullman Police Dept months prior to the murders. The Pullman PD won't confirm or deny if he was hired for the position he applied for. Instead, Pullmann PD said they need tp discuss with their lawyers first.

Lawyer Anne Taylor has represented Xanax’s mom before for drug problems I just wonder if Xana’s mom just assumed Taylor was going to represent her but Taylor got assigned Kohberger as his Public Defender which you can’t decline if I remember right you have to take the case if appointed

Wut? You can’t ordinarily drop one client for another.

Comments in the Twitter thread say the attorney is the only public defender (another comment says she’s one of 2) that can do death penalty cases.
I didn’t realize Xana’s mom is such a piece of shite.

I was under the impression if the court appoints you to be a public defender of someone you had to do it maybe I’m wrong I thought that’s the way it is in Louisiana. And yeah her mom looks like she’s had a rough life
