can we stop inferring that Dylan is suspicious since she went back into her room? Once again if this joke of a scenario is possible, why wouldn't she just say she was asleep all night instead of saying she saw him?
Because sometimes when people are lying, the lie itself makes no sense.
Tons of people are stuck on this one point. I'm not saying she's somehow involved or to blame, but it's just really strange. As a woman, there is no way I would have just fallen asleep.
I've turned this around in my mind so many times, and I just can't land on a scenario where it makes sense.

Has asked multiple times post the link about no blood in his car. If not then chicken needs to come in and ask you and truetigertale to refrain from posting.

It doesn’t matter, they only believe what they see on CNN. If Nancy Grace said it it would be rock solid…
They also mentioned three guys standing by outside the house but only one going in. At what time was not mentioned. Was it their drugs? This reminds me of the guy who stole a cell phone, owner showed up at the apartment and the guy got his girlfriend to return it to the the owner downstairs.

But why not take out the whole house?
Have to stop at some point. I mean that's a ton of physical activity. Does he know exactly how many are in the house? Maybe he was completely worn out and felt he was running out of time? Like maybe someone called the police and he needed to book it. His car was scene speeding away.
IDK. I don't think we can comprehend reasoning behind a sociopath.

She may have fainted/passed out. My wife saw a medical procedure (stint removal for a major thoracic surgery and she walked out of the room and promptly went down for the count.

Zero evidence even puts him at the house but one speck of DNA on the knife case..
So what you are saying is that they do have evidence that puts him at the scene.
quote:
Unless some concrete evidence comes up he beats this…
So what you are saying is that the standard to get an arrest warrant for a person is lower than the standard to convict that person of the crime or crimes listed in the arrest warrant.
quote:
why is there a defendant #2 listed on the court papers??
So what you are saying is his defense attorney basically filed boilerplate document for specific rule on discovery in Idaho.

People are putting way too much stock in what she said, after the fact. Eyewitnesses experiencing trauma don't always remember things exactly as they were
