bushy eyebrows.
Just wanted to point out that earlier someone said this was not an important detail. I disagree. It might not be for men, but for women eyebrows are absolutely something they notice. If it wasn’t, there wouldn’t be an entire industry built around women and their eyebrows.

Late to the thread so sorry if this has been addressed- but to me, this guy’s eyebrows dont look bushy.. i mean, i am half-Sicilian and have very bushy eyebrows, so i guess it’s all relative- but when i heard that description i thought it was a little bit of a problem b/c it didnt seem to fit the suspect .

And more for this generation of young woman. This struck me immediately as something a teenage girl would say.

Gotta remember that pic is recent and not from the time of the murders. Just being a guy I’m willing to bet he’s had a haircut between now and the time of the murders. If the barber was worth a damn they trimmed his eyebrows. Even still you can tell from that pic that his brows are quite large. Unkempt and post life and death struggle times four and I can see them looking wild

his brow ridge is fairly prominent...given the fact that his nose and mouth were covered, they could have been the most prominent feature that she saw, and "bushy" was the best descriptor she could think of...

Maybe he's not the guy.
If BK didn't do this crime, he sure has been set up massively.
I see no way someone could even frame someone with the amount of evidence.
Even got BK to toss evidence/ trash from his personal vehicle into neighbors trashcans.

It’s definitely him. No matter what kind of plans you’re talking, plans rarely go exactly how you planned it. Imo this was go time for him.

I think as most do, that BK is the guy.
However, I struggle to imagine a person of even average intelligence, especially someone studying criminal behavior, would make the numerous mistakes that BK did, such as the following:
~ Leaving the sheath unattached to his person.
~ Maybe not having used shoe coverings.
~ Used his own car.
~ Parked at the actual crime scene during the crime.
~ Used his own cell phone. (did not use a burner phone).
IMO BK either wanted to get caught, the crime was not planned for this specific night, or it was an act of impulse.
I'll not be surprised if we learn that drugs were being sold from the girl's house. I'll not be surprised to learn that the crime occurred due to a drug deal gone horribly wrong. This would explain all the stupid mistakes. One will ask, what about the knife? BK (or anyone) purchasing drugs regularly would carry a weapon.
I'm just trying to make sense of this horrible event.

The end user purchasing drugs? No, carrying a weapon to your weed guy's house is not that normal

That makes a little more sense to me .

Whose to say it was just weed they could of been apart of something bigger there’s still a lot questions out there on the connection between BK and the girls hopefully we get more answers soon

I just don't see this. There would have been communication between Bryan and the residents of the house. Seems they would have been onto him instantly. Plus Dylan would have likely ID'd him.

Ok, college students buying any drug from a house full of college girls aren't usually bringing weapons to buy their coke/Adderall/etc.

I would be. His cell phone pings put him in the area at least 12 separate occasions before this.
If this were some drug house, the police would have found the drugs when they searched the house for clues the day after the murder.
This wasn't a drug deal gone bad. It was a poorly planned murder.
Posted on 1/9/23 at 1:40 pm to UpToPar
Would they even disclose that to the public if drugs were found in the house? It seems like the police have been holding information close to the vest and rightfully so they’ve done a great job so far

That's all it was IMO. The urge just became so overwhelming that he had to act on it and all logic went out the window. Lots of serial killers have described this exact feeling during their first murder.

I think the biggest takeaway is that the more you plan a crime, the more evidence you create against yourself. If he had just gotten in his car and randomly committed the murders I think there’s a great possibility he’d still be at large. DNA and cell phone pings aside, does anyone doubt that his electronic devices are filled with evidence of him planning the crime? He was a phd student, taking notes and analyzing his “research” data are part of himself that he’d be unable to turn off.

He tried to get too cute with it. Most "random" killers target "no names." People that most don't care about.
Pretty sure he had some emotion tied up in this one that causes mistakes.
