Ditto.

This is another thread where rocket tries to boost his self esteem despite his pathetic existence.

I feel lucky that being married (about 15 yrs now) has made life much much much easier than if I had to do everything for myself. I realize that it's not always easy to determine if that will be the case at the time you are getting married. Both men and women grow up being a bit more entitled these days and expect too much from the other at times.

I actually like being married, at least most of the time. I was married at 19 had 2 kids by 24 Divorced and remarried by 30. Been married 24 years at to a woman who is perfect for me, if a little demanding at times (this is good for me because I can be very lazy at home, though, oddly enough, not regarding my job).

If I were ever single again, I suspect I would get married again. I am very old fashioned and traditional in this area, that is probably part of the driver.

I have been married for over 25 years. If something happened I doubt I would ever get married again.

Me,I love my wife but if something happened either divorce or death this marriage will be the only one for me. The whole marriage deal is stressful.

I don't want to get married. But I'd risk losing the girl I'm with if I don't.

Tough decisions need to be made.

I've been divorced for 16 years. No way will I go back to that. Life is too short, live free. To each their own.

Dit-to

Although the divorce itself wasn't costly $-wise, the whole experience was, not to mention the intangibles. But I think I've grown through it. I'd still have preferred a cheaper lesson.

90% of People who say they wouldn't marry again say it bc they were too immature to succeed the first time.
