Only if you are far below your yearly average.

I used to date a girl that was from Milwaukee and after Katrina happened, she went back to Milwaukee and told me it was 61 degrees while it was swamp arse down here lol. I just couldn’t comprehend at that time that it could be 61 degrees for the high with 51 degrees for the low in the early part of September in any part of the United States.
