Tell HR that it didn't work and they need to step their game up. If they show any hesitation ask for paid time off until the problem is fixed.

A friend of mine nicknamed this yuuuuuge bitch in his office the BFF-Big Fat fricker and she was also known as the snarf hog. Every 3-5 seconds she sucked snot down from her sinuses into her throat and it sounded like “snaaaaarrrrrrrf” but really loud. He even recorded snarf counts to determine an average snarf/minute and per hour.
It was terrible for anyone near. Oh, she stunk as well and was a refrigerator sized, tent wearing, oily haired, rank porker. WYHI?

It's simple go to HR and tell them that you can't work in the environment she's creating so you are putting in your 2 weeks notice. You'll find out very quickly which one of you is the bigger problem in the office.
