Why would I think any of you would think this is cool? The majority of you are racists who from upon anything not like you. It was just an unusual experience.

Because it's not cool, and it has nothing to do with racism.

It's not "cool" to hang out with gang members.
You have a wife and kids and you're hanging out with known gang members who are actively participating in illegal activities. Are you fricking retarded?
You're white, aren't you?

Meaning it's common perception that bloods and crips hate each other. They did when they first formed and a while afterwards. But when dealing in drugs and criminal activity, it makes more money to work together. They talk shite about each other but there is more violence with "set tripping" (fighting amongst crews of the same gang) than gang vs gang. At least in Houston, idk about other cities.

I mean it's not like an every day thing. I didn't get their numbers. I didn't invite them to my house.

I was with someone who knew them and we were at a club. I was myself and felt comfortable being around different people. They weren't a threat. If I saw slipknot at a bar and they were up for it if shoot the shite with them. Doesn't mean I'd start wearing masks and shooting heroine in my eyeballs. You sound very closed minded.

And actively committing criminal activity.. The drugs? Any given person at a random bar could have an 8 ball in his/her pocket. I'm not doing it, what's the problem? [ ]

You could tell us about MC's interactions with street gangs. Not yours, but I'm sure you know about the subject.

They're like oil and water, they don't mix. As for interactions, there's really not much there. The two worlds rarely overlap.

Anyone have experience with gangs?

I went to HS and played football and basketball with guys who were in GD. Can't say any of them really 'scared me,' but I certainly knew some of the stuff they did and still do.

Pfft, I hang out with gang members every day.
At work.
Because they're incarcerated.
I'm not closed minded, I'm just more than aware that hanging out with gang members is an incredibly bad idea.

It sounds like you let 6 guys pile into your car(which is enough to get pulled over by the police), of which some of them most assuredly were carrying enough illegal narcotics to be deemed to have the intent to distribute , and drove them to night club which is their primary place of business.

Awesome move by a father of small children. You are intelligent.
