Cops are poor.

If you live next to a cop you are poor. Hence, low property value.

Had a cop neighbor for years. Lots of fun drunken nights with he and the other neighbors. Highly recommend

Two policeman in the Baton Rouge area selling their homes posted on their social media that real estate agents told them to hide anything that connects them to police prior to showing their homes. This included all police vehicles.

I know several BRPD Lieutenants and Captains that make over $130,000. Several come from rich families and have inherited a ton but are greedy bastards and are on the 5 year DROP. They live pretty well.

So the property value in your hood dropped substantially when you moved in. Got it.

If your agent told you that, they are BSing you and just want you to list it low so it sells quickly. 90% agents only care about themselves and their money, not yours.

All things else being equal there is no way I am choosing the house next to a cop

I dont ever want to speak to one or my life could be changed forever via force of the state

Actually it would take a quite of bit of weight on the scale towards it

Im just being honest.

I can see it

Don't worry, your sister/baby momma is very comfortable on govt assistance and has zero aspirations to become a cop.
