Tonight I sneezed and it feels like I pinched a nerve in my lower back.

I can barely move.

Stretching it out hurts. Sitting hurts. Standing hurts. I can’t bend down to pick anything up.

Other than that, enjoying 40 ??

What’s your overall physical shape? Have you spent any long periods of time in your life being out of shape and/or overweight?

It's not that bad. I'm 2.5 years older than you. I pee a little more and read the dick juice thread when it gets bumped about every 3 months. Otherwise all good.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I’ll welcome
Any advice from older posters.

This has never happened before. Can I really pull out my back with a sneeze?

I played soccer for years so I’ve always been in pretty good shape. I have put on some early winter weight with the last 9 weeks though.

My kids think it’s hilarious.

No conditions that I know of.

I actually just saw my primary and had things checked out and he said I was definitely in a healthy range.

This has nothing to do with age. When I was mid-20s I sneezed while stepping into the shower. I pinched a nerve in my shoulder blade area and nearly hit the floor. It still gives me problems every now and then.

I'm 38 and I already have 2 herniated disc's and a colonscopy to remove large polyps. Plus I'm looking at a 20 year military retirment in Jan 2021.

A few months back I pulled up at a customers house and tried to pop my back by twisting it and my balls weren't set right or something. It was like you got 2 hammers and hit each ball and made them bang against each other. It actually made me scream and hurt like hell for a couple minutes. Thankfully customer wasn't outside coming to my truck.

Not really sure the reasoning for sharing all that, but there you go.
