I turn 45 this year and, luckily, none of this shite has happened to me. You all can keep it. I don't want it.

I still have 20/20 vision. It's coming for both of us though.

My older brother has a herniated disc in lower back, manifested itself after a sneeze. Hope you didn’t have this happen.

39 here and did the same darn thing last year.

I messed up my back on a run. I rested and thought I was fine and started running again. A few days later, I sneezed and was in some awful pain for a couple days.

I’m OK now but it still doesn’t feel quite right most of the time. Like if I’m not careful I can screw it up again.

I'm 38 and I already have 2 herniated disc's and a colonscopy to remove large polyps. Plus I'm looking at a 20 year military retirment in Jan 2021.

I’m 45 and in the same boat as you with two herniated discs also. 23 years Army and played Football through college. My body hurts...bad at times. But I stay active with lots of walking and eating right. Which helps A TON. Make sure you document EVERYTHING. My VA medical packet was over an inch thick. Took eight months to get approved but the VA decided 50%.

I don't understand the logistics of this, but I hope it never happens to me (or you again).

Same here!

Tonight I sneezed and it feels like I pinched a nerve in my lower back.

I can barely move.

Stretching it out hurts. Sitting hurts. Standing hurts. I can’t bend down to pick anything up.
I had a herniated disc in my neck a few years ago. It was pinching a nerve, and my right ring and pinky fingers were kind of numb. It hurt to turn my head a certain direction. The doc tried to talk me into surgery. frick. That.

I was very careful about not aggravating it, and it healed up on its own after a couple months. Not a hint of pain anymore. Hope your problem turns out as well as mine!

I agree with this. Especially going Keto, cuts down on so much joint pain. When I sneeze my arms and chest are on fire.

As a 29 year old with two chronic, painful diseases I suggest ibuprofen, caffeine, and ice. If that don’t work then nothing will.

I don't have problems with it growing out of my ears but one day I'll be good and the next there's a damn 2 inch'er growing off of the side of my ear. I'm going to put a GoPro on me when I'm sleeping because I swear that wasn't there yesterday.

At 42 that shite went crazy. It's almost a daily trimming now at 44 this past April.

Turned 40 in April as well. I’m a runner and cyclist and shite has come to a roaring painful pause.

I’m 42. I had an MRI on my hip

Orthopedic dr told me today that i have an old woman hip. Strained muscles, fluid on tendons, and bursitis

Fairly sure I made that worse by double jumping my kids in the trampoline
I put my body through a lot with sports for a long time It’s starting to catch up to me now.

Yet Brady and Brees are still playing at high levels at that age. Honestly incredible athletes
