I think someone is living in a tent on the Amite river

just north of the Florida BLVD. bridge connecting BR to Denham Springs.
Been seeing the tent out there for at least 3 weeks now.This morning ole boy was passed out in the sand besides the tent face down
Anyone else seen this?
