Not today.
Tent, 2 red and white ice chests and a black aluminum bbq pit.
I saw a bunch of smoke this past weekend while driving over the bridge and assumed people were hanging out on the river, not living there.

What about the guy under I-10 between Laplace and Gramercy on a dredge canal spoil bank?
There's a full on tent house that's all blue tarp roof, looks like a garden, dock, etc.
He's under the east bound lane, you can see everything from the west bound.
