Please don’t go to work without being tested — we had a nurse and a resident whose only real symptoms were a mild cough and no taste/smell.
Call the urgent care today — maybe they will have a rapid test? Our residents have taken about 4 hours to get results lately — it was four days at the start.

I've been working from home. I did have an in-person meeting scheduled for Thursday but I'll just send an email out tomorrow that I'll have to Skype share my screen or something.

Yeah but at least you know you can safely go to the store, etc.. Otherwise...without doing a test you need to completely stay home for 14 days.
It's much easier now to get tested and covered by insurance. Many places have drive up options where they literally test you while you are in your vehicle.
If you decide to get tested....and test negative....still isolate yourself until you are free from symptoms for at least 72 hours. We have had patients initially test negative and then a couple days later they tested positive. They likely didn't have enough viral load in their system yet for the test to properly detect the virus.

I couldn't smell or taste for two weeks, but I tested negative for Rona and negative for antibodies, so something else is causing this too

Can testify to this. Swab each nostril, stick it far back, 10-15 seconds per. The effect was gone fairly quick for me, the worst part was the urge to cough while it was in there. The apprehension was worse than the test for me.
I have to test as part of the protocol for going to work at the location I'm at. Will be doing that about once per month.

I've never not been able to taste or smell in my entire life, that wasn't from a stuffy nose/cold. And even then you can inhale very deeply/violently through your nostrils and still catch a taste of what you ate (at least I always could). There is nothing here. At all. Never had issues with allergies or sinuses either and I'm 32.
