I still think the first legit rap (that I've ever found anyway) is the outro to Stranger in a Strange Land by Leon Russell (1971)

right around the 2:30 mark

Are you suggesting that Rapture by Blondie was the first rap song? Rapture came out in 1980. Rappers delight in 1979.
