Theres such a major shortage of people sharing their exercise accomplishments via social media. We need more of this!

The most Ive ever ran weekly was 55 mpw for a few months and Im just a hobbyjogger. Are you preparing for an upcoming event, or just enjoy running?

Most competitive distance runners are putting in 100+ miles a week when training. But that is some serious time on your feet.

Were you doing doubles at all or just straight once a day?

I was doing just over 70 miles per week in my absolute competitive running peak, and you're lying.

I think dogs created the corona. Ours hasn't had to hold his bodily functions for 2 months. He's going to be pissed when we go back to work.

I've had a knee surgery and so it's been easier to split it up. I run 5-6 miles in the morning and 3-4 in the evening. Not great times (8:30ish pace) but I plod along. I do like to run but usually mix it up with other activities like basketball, racquetball, swimming, etc. All that is impossible right now. What helps is my job allows us to work out an hour a day.

You ran 9 miles a day? Why would you do that to yourself?
