OP, you have to address the situation respectfully and tactfully in an appropriate setting. You need to be already talking and in a share stuff kind of situation where you are opening up to one another. Maybe broach the subject by mentioning something about yourself and your own situation down there or something about your body.
Then ask her about her lotus flower. Ask her how long she has been doing what she has been doing, but in a non judgmental way. Then ask her if she ever has or thought about shaving.
She may tell you that she bumps up easily down there so that's why she avoids it. Be prepared for her having legit reasons like that. Ask her if there may be some kind of product that could help if that is the case, rather than "have you ever thought about using something to help that?" Again, non judgmental is the key.
Then let her know that keeping the honeybox shaved or trimmed would really turn you on and/or make you happy. Believe it or not, most women really do want to please their men and make them desire them. Hopefully, you will be tongue thrusting a smooth soft love tunnel soon.
