The old chemical plant in Sterlington was the worst I ever smelled and I grew up in Bastrop, home of Stink Creek.

I haven't been in a decade because it stinks. Apparently it still does, just a different flavor. I really feel for some of the CENLA folks that thinks they live in God's Country.

Not 100% positive, but I believe Rita took it out... I know if you were in Hackberry in the early 2000’s and the wind shifted to blow that smell your way, you were in for a bad time.
