I just purchased a panasonic ER-GB40-S Trimmer. I had previously used a norelco trimmer. The panasonic is twice the trimmer for just a few dollars more.
It's quiet and does a good job. I wanted one that you could set the height on by turning a dial. The panasonic will do that. I am really pleased. It cost about 50 dollars.

The only thing I can say for sure about razors is that you get what you pay for when it comes to the electric ones for the most part
