if you have children together, it is best that you both stay in and fight to make the marriage work. It will suck at times, but relationships can be repaired. You can’t change her and she can’t change you, but you both can change yourselves.
If one of you is seeing someone else, stop. You can’t fix a marriage with one foot out the door. And if that is the case, whatever is new and shiny will soon lose its luster. Again, you have to fix yourself before you continue on with your spouse or new partner, should that be the case. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself in this predicament again.
The only exception to this is physical abuse or if you are put into immediate danger. If that is the case, get out and find a safe place to live.
Lastly, most marriage counselors suck, because of the way it is set up. One session with you. The other with her. And then come together. It’s you versus her instead of you and her. Find one that you both can agree on and learn to listen more than you talk.
I've been married 25 years. This is sound advice.

Love is a choice. You can fall back in love with someone just like you fell out of love with someone.

If irreparable damage hasn’t been done I agree. I know by the time I was asking friends for reps on divorce attorneys it was past the point of return.

Here is the thing about asking friends for relationship advice. They don’t know any better or different than you do as they are not qualified to give sound professional advice. Plus they are usually only hearing one side of the story, which prevents them from possibly giving correct advice.

If you have kids with her then you're fricked. If you have any assets together then you're fricked. If you have been supporting her as in her not working at all then you're fricked.

he does. My attorney beat him in LP divorce court without even really trying.
OP, You had better hope you get Cashe instead of Oglesbee. If Oglesbee, just give her what she wants and move on.

Lived through this and did exactly that and life is amazing now.
Fantastic advice. Anyone who disagrees is afraid to admit they have shite to fix in themselves as well as the spouse.

Best advice we received in our pre-marriage retreat. Too many dumbasses use the excuse “we just fell out of love”.
