I would think you need to add refried beans as well. I've never seen a Chilito recipe without it. Possibly drop the nacho cheese as well and add extra 3 cheese blend.

Since we're talking Taco bell, I gotta say that the volcano Taco is unreal. That warm shell is so damn flavorful. I just wish the fire sauce you get in a bottle at the store was the same but sadly it's a pacante version even if it doesn't say so. Fire sauce is so good.
