I feel a spinoff thread coming....something like..."what are the worst things your mother in law does"

Im curious to know how many people learned crazy shite about their inlaws years after being together or married.. But in general, its always interesting when you learn someone is into something that you would have never guessed they would be into.

Do you ever have discussions with her about this for entertainment purposes?

You just caught a glimpse of your wife in 20-25 years. Congratulations on the crazy.

My mother in law has conversations with dead relatives.

My advice is to ignore it. My kids figured out quickly that grandma is crazy.

Oh, I did that once - married into a crazy family, more like mean, shady, narcissistic crazy. I took my kid & my toys and exited.

Man I have crazy aunts who believe their dead relatives are always sending them some type of sign. That is just the beginning of some of the crazy shite they believe.

Ummm, no, I don't believe I'd ever post on a message board with a husband, ex-husband, or even a boyfriend. My ex & I weren't even Facebook "friends" when we were married. He had a FB account first, & kept that little detail hidden for quite some time - now I know why.

That doesn't seem like such a good idea, to post on a message board together, or probably not at all if married & only one posts. Idk, seems complicated, although it would probably be loads of fun as a spectator. Surely, there are married couples who post together on here, but I don't think I've seen any; maybe they keep it quiet, which is probably a really good idea if married people are going to be on the same message board.

I didn't join here until years after my divorce. I don't even think the ex knows I post here, not that I'd really care; not even sure if he knows about td. I was always the sports fan. We barely communicate now, so I don't know much about him, nor he I.

We've never lived in Covington & he nor his "crew" are from there, that I know of. And, no, I don't live in Arkansas; when I said I exited, I meant across town. LOL ... However, moving to Arkansas is definitely in the plan, and I cannot wait. The 80 degree Christmas BR had is just a sin!!!! I cannot tolerate hot Christmases!!!
