Diddy wasn’t sentenced for what he was convicted of. No one goes to prison for that. If you believe in the rule of law, then you should be very concerned about this sentence.
The judge didn't deny it. He said he would consider everything he heard in court rather than only what the jury found Diddy guilty of.

Hope in your travels of gaming you never get laid by someone claiming to be a prostitute and get sentenced to 4 years in jail.
You can bitch all you want, but the sentence he got for the crime he was convicted of, doesn’t fit.
Again, he should be in prison for a long time for things he did, but not for what he was convicted of doing.

Tupac was a manufactured “gangster”. He studied acting, ballet, and jazz at a prep school in Baltimore
He was also gay as hell. Watch videos of him talking before he became a rapper. Dainty hands and twink voice.

Oh I do, when I am not traveling, but thanks for the tip.

If I hypothetically went on a business trip and decided to get a prostitute, they would never give me 4 years in jail.

Guess it depends.
If you go from NO to Gulfport you get the Feds and 4 years.
You do the same thing from NO to Baton Rouge, you get the State and a fine.

He's a rapper and he's black.
Bigger shock if he wasn't homosexual...

However, the jury found Combs guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
And if he would have added a camera to the room in his freakoffs, he'd be guilty of nothing.
I have no idea how the porn industry is able to get around these same laws.

Yeah, this is basically a domestic violence sentence without the domestic violence conviction. The star witness was also a participant in the actual crimes Diddy was convicted of. Matter of fact, based on her own testimony, she made all of the arrangements and paid the escorts.
It’s fine to think Diddy is a bad person, but if you believe in the Constitution and the rule of law, this is a travesty.

Like 2 years is gonna make a difference to this guy. He will go back to the same type behaviors once his probation ends. He hasn’t learned a thing from all this.

He will be under a microscope, could he get away with it again? I can't believe he wasn't charged on the the hotel abuse video, if it was jo schmo that would have sent them to jail

So you don’t believe in the Constitution. Got it! Or do you only believe the Constitution applies to people you like? He was convicted of transporting prostitutes after being initially facing RICO charges.
Is he guilty of domestic violence? Absolutely. But that’s not what he was charged with or convicted of. No one goes to jail for what he was convicted of. They aren’t even charged with it. Unless they are the actual pimp.

he was convicted of two counts of violating the Mann Act, ie: transporting women for the purpose of prostitution. If you want to know what the travesty was, it’s that he offered to plead guilty to those charges before the trial, but the government refused

his day of raping, beating, and prostituting women are over right?
He wasn’t charged, much less convicted, of any of that.

Reading comprehension is hard for you, huh?
And why was Cassie not convicted of the same, when she testified that she made the arrangements and paid the prostitutes.

Doesn't mean he didn't do it.
Why didn't you quote the part of my post that said "get away with it?"
