I hate them with every fiber of my being. It is always something with these people.

Enough is enough and I am switching to Verizon which I am sure has it’s own issues. But it’s a matter of principle now. I fricking hate them.

Literally just change bills at will and can’t give you a real explanation as to why. shite service.

I sure hope their internet service is better because I switched to them from Cox yesterday because I had had enough of Cox's bullshite.

I love Verizon.
They’ve always fixed whatever I’ve asked and their coverage is superior to ATT’s

AT&T makes those faceless, ruthless corporations from 80s movies seem like the friendly neighborhood 5 and Dime.

We switched to Verizon after the flood because AT&T was awful. In BR area, Verizon is good. When we go to Ville Platte, it is much slower than AT&T and at the camp, no service. Same thing when I go to my buddy's camp at Raccourci Island, no service with Verizon. He has no problem with AT&T out there

Switched to Verizon after the flood and have had no issues. Good customer service and upgrade ease as well

I had AT@T for 14 years and no problem with their wireless service. I did have some bill issues with Uverse though. Some things happened and I eventually went to Cricket (which is still AT&T) for a new cell line, and I've had absolutely ZERO problems with them for 2 years now. $45 month for everything I need.

I must be a rarity though because I hear people bitching about them quite often.

My most recent AT&T bill at my office just more than doubled. I called them Thursday and ripped them a new asshoile. They claimed my “contract” ran out and they tried contacting me to renew it but they couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I told the woman that if some Indian speaking dude is going to call me from Dubai then yeah I’m hanging up on him.

I told her I’m not stupid and I know their tactics

So instead of sending me a message or trying a little harder to contact me they just decided to just about triple my bill.

Yeah, I was forced into at&t fiber in Nashville and it's stupid fast. Put it in on a mesh network and it's now reliable.

Anyone in BR have UVerse? If so, how do you like it.

I'm sick of being raped by Cox every month (pun intended)

I have Verizon. I can be standing next to someone with AT&T; they have a signal, I don't.

I’ve had U-verse in Baton Rouge for about 8 years at several locations. It’s a crapshoot. If you’re moving into a complex or a house with old wiring, no way in hell since it runs through the phone lines, and in complexes you generally have a shared circuit, so bandwidth can be a problem if multiple neighbors have it.

Periodically the internet or tv will stop working for no reason and they will replace your devices even if they are functioning properly.

Not sure why you’re getting DV’d. This was true even before the merger, especially their 5G coverage plan. Now with all the spectrum they got from Sprint they’ll be battling Verizon as the both the largest and highest quality network in the next couple of years.

This isn’t 2009
