This is cool. Provide some deets... you jacked or you look like a bird? Daily running route? Diet? Time of day?
Props to you. Louisiana is the 4th fattest state in the Union, so you likely will have some haters, but, I mean they're fat so who cares. Props for putting in the effort.
Like Bill Burr said - "It's very hard to be in shape. It's so easy to be fat. Anyone can do it. You literally never hear how difficult it is to sit around and eat junk food."

It is the 333rd day of 2021. Thus far I have run 3,107.44 miles.
By month:
January- 282.06
February- 262.28
March- 291.40
April- 276.15
May- 276.61
June- 282.12
July- 290.44
August- 310.15
September- 272.40
October- 280.16
November- 283.67
I do take a rest every 10-12 days or so but otherwise it's 10 miles a day. No breaks, no compromises, no sick days.
1. You track your monthly mileage to the hundredth of a mile
2. You run 10 miles a day for 10 straight days without rest
You're one strange meticulous motherfricker as NOBODY in the world of running does this.

But your cardiologist loves you I'm sure.

Yeah, it's horrible for your body.
Sitting around all day in an obese state with metabolic dysfunction is a much healthier lifestyle.
Who advocated for sitting around all day?
10 miles a day is extreme and his body will break down from it.
A mile a day, maybe two and eat well would be more beneficial to overall health than 10 miles a day.

Balance and moderation. Same thing with a lot of things in life. People are so extreme about things sometimes.

I’ve run to the bathroom a lot this year, although it’s more of a brisk awkward waddle

I run a lot too. I hit 1200 miles last year, but probably will only get to 1100 this year. 3x that seems extreme to me.

What's been after ya, baw?

Satchel Paige had 10 rules of longevity. One of those was to avoid running.

Treadmill included or all outside?
Mostly all outside. I live in the NW, so there's tons of running paths. However, we get lots of snow so from about late October to March I'm stuck on my treadmill.

Haha, I totally am. I'm not particularly fast but I do track every single mile in my running journals. I find myself competing against last year's numbers, as well as having OCD when it comes to data analysis.

Glad Rocky didn’t have that attitude because then we would’ve never defeated communism

Well, I'm pretty lean, but I don't think abnormally skinny or anything. I'm in law enforcement so I do battle with not wanting to get too thin. I still lift weights and while I'm not some body builder, I have pretty good cut. I'm 6' 4", 195.
My daily running routine is to knock out all the miles at once, early in the morning. However, sometimes I have to break it up into two runs so I'll finish my day with a secondary run. Thankfully my job allows me a good bit of time to work out on the clock, so that's an enormous help.
As far as eating goes, I think sometimes it's why I run so much. I love food- any kind of food. Running allows me to have pizza, cheeseburgers, cake, etc. I don't overdo it but I damn sure eat some junk food.

What type of hip replacements do you think you’ll choose?

A mile a day? That's about 8 minute of exercise. 2 miles and you're up to ~15 minutes. That's nothing.
If you start running 60+ miles a week from scratch, you will absolutely get injured. You have to build up to that kind of mileage over months if not years.

When someone's addictive behavior happens to be a fitness related activity, it's often praised and heralded as hard work and determination.
But I'm willing to bet OP doesn't have to "try very hard" to stay motivated.

Somewhere from 60-70 miles per week is what it takes to comfortably qualify for Boston marathon. Sorry you don’t like to achieve goals.
