Yea... you’re an average Joe Schmoe. Maybe drop the competitive contact sports when you leave your 20s behind. Too much cutting and change of direction. You don’t have the conditioning and strength to prevent injury. Hell. Best athletes on the planet consistently get injured more in their 30s. Body doesn’t heal the way it used to either.

Stick to beer league softball or cycling next time bro.
