I just realized my mom is kinda an anti-vaxxer

What does this mean for me?
I got all my shots after I was born, so at least I'm ok there. But my teenage years I barely got any.
I got the flu shot until I was 11, then she decided I didn't need it anymore. From ages 10-17, she would say no to most of the vaccines recommended by the doctor.
I never got the HPV vaccine, or any of the Meningococcal. I think I got tetanus though.
Am I in danger or is it not a big deal after birth?

You don't regularly see a doctor who should be answering these questions? I get at least one or two vaccinations a year based on what he sees in my medical history and it definitely doesn't affect me watching Wapner at 3.

I'm kind of like that. I definitely believe in the big ones like MMR and diphtheria, but I'm not accepting each and every frickin' shot some Kaiser Permanente Nurse Ratchet type is giving out in a work conference room.
I will get the Shingles shot when I'm 50. I've seen what that shite does and on balance I'd prefer a touch of the 'tism anyway.
