Yeah I agree with tigerhoney on this one.
What may appear to be identical is more than likely slightly different which can mean all the difference in the world when it comes to how your TMJ should properly function.

You need proof, not just generic complaints like you list here. Dates would be a start, patients names as well though I am not clear on where that comes into play re their right to privacy. But a broad accusation of this sort will be met by a lawsuit on his part, count on it. Walk away & be done with him.

Go to an oral surgeon.
For extractions yes... for anything else NO
root canals - endodontist
crowns/fillings - prosthodontist
implants - periodontist
PLEASE PEOPLE.... use a specialist for your dental treatment... they are far and away more ethical

I have become indifferent ...
To my employers fraud.... I have been working for this guy (dentist) for about 6 months... and in my 27 year career in dentistry I have never experienced this. The sad thing is that I've grown to like him personally, but professionally I'm appalled at his blaitent disregard for patients and the law. My question for y'all is this...
1. Have you ever been in a situation like this?
2. Do you just take your dentists word when he says you need treatment or do you get a second opinion?
3. Should I turn him in when I leave?
Uh, I can't believe you posted this...

In all seriousness I was my dad's surgical assistant for 4 years. He's a retired OMS.
I attempted to become a third generation DDS but it didn't work out.
