To my employers fraud.... I have been working for this guy (dentist) for about 6 months... and in my 27 year career in dentistry I have never experienced this. The sad thing is that I've grown to like him personally, but professionally I'm appalled at his blaitent disregard for patients and the law. My question for y'all is this...

1. Have you ever been in a situation like this?
2. Do you just take your dentists word when he says you need treatment or do you get a second opinion?
3. Should I turn him in when I leave?

Proposing and performing treatment that is unnecessary, insurance fraud, malpractice, violating state dental laws... you name it...

My biggest problem is him conning people out of money for treatment they don't need... and watching him cut down perfectly healthy teeth.... I hate it!

So you would prefer he not make money? This just sounds like good business, but jealous people always have to shite on those more successful.
