What is your position at the office? Does the dentist receive Medicaid or Medicare payments for treatment of some patients? I don't trust dentists.

There is no Medicare in this practice... just private dental insurance.

If you willingly know of foul play you can potentially wind up playing yourself if you whistle blow on it.
I work for a fortune 500 so there are channels to communicate wrong doing immediately without repercussion. I am not sure for a smaller business or the board over your licence.
