Quit playing on the computer and get back to work! No one else has a problem with me.

that is because you should not approach your boss with problems, but with solutions to those problems...

Bring him solutions, not problems. Then, if he chits on you, he is the problem.

Just to let you in on the little secret. Your boss has been through 178 like you. "Next!"

You keep sending him emails and going above his head, you won't need to write that letter.

Been there before. Couldn't do the job as a worker, so they made him a supervisor. Can't go to his boss because he is the one who put him there so he could be his puppet.

The guy is in way over his head. Everything that goes worng he blames everyone but himself. I sent him an email last week detailing all of the problems I am having and he basically blamed me for all the problems and took zero responsibility. This company has had a lot of turnover lately and he is the reason for it. Anyone else have the joy of working with a prick like this guy?

Why do you work for Kevin Sumlin?

Quit worrying about what he does and concentrate on your job. Those fries aren't going to cook themselves.

This....kinda.

Go to his immediate supervisor...that is if what you are saying is really the case and his performance or lack thereof is hindering others' performance.

There are several problems you feel needs to be addressed by your supervisor so you email him with details? In general, people don't like to be told how to do their job or someone else to take responsibility to do something that is their responsibility.

Your boss is going the passive aggressive route to drive you out.
