Open a can of tuna and put it under the truck and go back inside the house for a few minutes. It'll come out to eat.

It'll never go away after that.

Can you spray it with wasp spray? I would think that would get it moving.

Well the water trick worked to piss the cat off. But not to unlodge it. I guess I’m about to remove me a skid plate like Lord Truck Nuts suggested.

Like someone else said, spray it with a water hose. Just make sure it doesn't have a pistol.
I feel like this post was overlooked

This is a well known problem from the factory. You didn't get the meowing engine recall notice?

Just start the truck. The cat isn’t near the fan blade. It will get out once you start it.

So now you get to crawl under your truck to take off a skid plate with a wet and pissed off angry cat inches from your face. This is gonna be good

Can you tell it’s specifically coming from the engine area? Check all the wheel wells, and around the spare tire. Shine a flashlight in every imaginable spot, looking for eyes.
I just googled for ideas & read a post about a childhood cat’s face being ripped off while stuck in a truck. And this was on a forum for new moms. The OT only thinks it’s hardcore.
