When I was interviewing for my current job, I paid for interview training. One of the things they harped on was a tactic where an employer will intentionally do something to get a rise out of you to see if you're argumentative/can handle a wrong viewpoint when you know you're right.
You could have saved some money and watch an episode of Brooklyn 99 and learned this very lesson from Gina for free.

If you don't get the job, email the guy that was wrong and copy the other three. Just politely let him know you verified his response and thought he should know he was wrong so he does not make the same mistake in the future. Your just trying to help him. Lol

The other 3 interviewers might think the fourth is a fricking moron anyway so it might be worth a shot.

Jump through crazy hoops? Seems like they literally had a normal interview with him, then one of the dudes conducting it went off on a tangent to correct him on something he wasn't even wrong about in the first place.

On my list of things that bothers the hell out of me, getting corrected on things that I'm not wrong about irritates me beyond belief. My favorite is when it comes from an intern or first year staff, congrats on burning a potential ally

4 interviews in a row is not normal, could have easily been a joint interview . No need for a 2 hour marathon of interviews

I'm just hoping one of the other three interviewers reads the OT and is texting screenshots of this thread around the office.

If you interview with a guy that’s willing to eat up half your interview time correcting you on a concept that was completely wrong, you really don’t want this job.
