I got the same gift for birthday and Christmas

My birthday is in November.
I received tickets to the Georgia - Ole Miss basketball game from my parents.
This Christmas, I received the same gift from my parents
. To the same game.
They were so embarrassed.
I’m gonna sell half of them and buy me something nice.

This happens to me every year. My birthday is Friday the 27th.
I would just get the one set of tickets though. Congrats on getting two and getting to sell a pair.

Are they courtside or something? I have season tickets to LSU basketball in the uppers and the face value on them is like $3.

Cheapest probably. The other games in January are Kentucky (x2), Auburn, Tennessee, and Miss St.

Reminds me of a story I was told years after what actually happened. I must have been 4 or 5. Grandparents were over for Christmas. They brought a giant present and so did my parents, so of course I was excited. Open my grandparents present first, giant Winnie the pooh bear. Now my parents are like "oh shite, we bought the exact same thing". I think they distracted me, snuck that present out and wrapped another one.

My sister used to get my dad a Three Dog Night CD every year. He doesn’t even like that band and it was the same CD every time. No one knows why.
