Go to a bank and pick up some $2.00 bills. Then watch the cashier's head explode when you spend them.

I have a friend that gives out $2 bills, he orders them from his bank.

In 1976 the $2 bill was reintroduced as well as the $2 stamp.
The U.S. was in a bicentennial frenzy and we were all a drunk on patriotism.
The word on the streets was that if you affixed the $2 stamp to the $2 bill and had it postmarked at your local post office that 100 of them would pay for your kids college education in twenty years.
My mother fell for it.
What the hell do I do with all these stamped $2 bills. Lol

I cash in coins at Coinstar twice a year. Inevitibly, there are always some Canadian coins that are rejected. Being relatively close to Canada might have something to do with it.

Remember the state quarters?

I found a map I had that had a slot to put the state quarter for each state and it was missing 18 states. I took the $18 worth of quarters and used them.

You still have 200 dollars. That might be good for a textbook today.

Fun fact, post offices at a time were also used to buy US bonds/stamps that grew in value and you could cash in those bond stamps for cash.

Post office used to dump those things on you whenever you used the vending machine for stamps.

I remember all those damn Susan B Anthonys nobody wanted in the late 70s.

I have a box of foreign coins. I boarded a number of Ships in my younger days. I’ve done a number of things in my lifetime, most I’m not proud of!
