I am with you in finding it odd. I have followed a plethora of Volod threads as he blindly navigated through his job search.
While I did notice that he likes to discuss every iota of inconsequential minutiae from 43 different angles, with a new thread for each one, I never saw him as a liar.
While his education was directionally challenged, he worked hard to reach the finish line and is to be commended for not giving up. He now has the ability to pay his own bills and that is better than being a burden to his fellow man.

I agree with you. He might be a dumbass, but he made the most out of his situation, and will finally buy his own tooth brush. That means something.

Screw the haters man! congrats and welcome to the workforce. Now you can start complaining about the leeches getting a piece of your paycheck and taxes. I did laugh when it was posted that you wont see near 5k a month after uncle sam /insurance gets taken out

Congrats on the job. The good news is that you will make 60,000 a year. The bad news is that you work 60 hours a week. Which means you only bring home 19.44 an hour.
I work 9-5 but make 5 dollars less.

I furiously worked to expose him because I thought he was a white guy trying to be a racist a-hole and post about SU. Turns out he's a bright kid kid from the country(Leesville) and a big nerd. Good for him.

what is the setup for this new grad? is this like hazing MDs during the internship, or is the state doing this to save on benefits?
