The girl reporting is the same girl in the LSU "I'm shmacked" video saying STTDB into the camera.

I wrote this as a "wedding message" to a bride and groom earlier this year. Well...it was more for the groom.

You're right! I didn't recognize her without her tiger costume and booze in her hand. Hypocrite.

And yet we give in to them every day. We need more people saying "you know what, it was a crude, tasteless joke, and I'm not sorry for it."

People need to stop quivering when they get called a racist or sexist or whatever and just not give a frick.

I don't think this incident pertains to political correctness and freedom of speech as much as you might think.

This is more of an issue of date rape culture that is perpetuated by college-aged males, particularly in the Greek system.

It's pretty fricked up any way you look at it.

Personally, I think there is no subject too taboo for the sake of comedy and in the right light anything can be viewed as humorous. However, this isn't funny in the least bit.

The occurrence of this is incredibly exaggerated. I'm sure it does happen, but besides that one idiot SAE pledge a while ago, I haven't heard of any rape related to a fraternity member at LSU in the past 5 years.

Eta: I'm not trying to trivialize rape at all, but to say that it is part of 'fraternity culture' id moronic

This was on the related videos on the side on youtube. Can someone please explain this to me?

LSU Black College "stroll off"

The bigger question here on this video is what Score did the old white guy Judge wearing the LSU jacket give this group?

I've seen a lot worse. LSU journalism ( ) just wants their chance to rip into greek life with the whole sexism/date rape attack that is pretty much standard no matter what the organization does or doesn't do.

In reality it's not "holding her down" rape that is the issue. It's frat rats and the 'here have 4 more shots' until the blackout drunk victim consents, probably due to peer pressure. Peer pressure is a crazy fricking thing.. people will do fricked up shite in order to not disappoint a group. The solution is with the girls though. Not the guys.

Non-violent rape occurring in a social circle are almost always unreported anyways.

Yeah, only "frat rats" try to get girls drunk in hopes of getting pussy. This doesn't occur at literally every bar within 5 miles of LSU or anything like that.

It absolutely does occur at bars. Bars don't have bed rooms though.

And?

You think the only partying frats do is at their house? All I'm saying is it's bordering on comical if you think that act of feeding girls alcohol in hopes of scoring is something unique to fraternity life. It goes on in every walk of life from the time that guys start drinking and realizing that sex feels good.

Mmmmk.

You're either trolling or willfully ignorant if you think it's exclusive to "greeks". It's part of "people that get drunk and want easy sex by any means possible" culture.
