Eastern European people are awesome. When I had my business I would import pallets and pallets of guns and ammo out of the Ukraine. Mostly Russian stuff that sat in Ukraine long enough to be considered Ukrainian. Dealing with the people was always a pleasure.

I just think it sounds a little too formatted for catch phrase/slogan.
My best guess would be an a less artful response of more or less the same thing that via interpreter and media became a t-shirt worthy slogan
