Yea I dont get the people that ask to bring their animals to someone elses house. Sorry but our dog doesnt want to be bothered by your animal and my cat certainly doesnt

Im a cat person myself,but I don't dislike dogs ..just I spent so many years on a rough work schedule that I felt it cruel to own a dog
and cats usually adopt you, which was the case for all 4 of my cats,, not at the same time

I love dogs, cats, cows, horses, ducks, and most other animals....and I do like sardines in mustard sauce on a saltine.

This. Dogs are fine, I’ll never own one, and I’m not huge on them licking me, but I don’t mind being in the room with one, or even giving one a bit of attention.

I agree. They are high maintenance animals, and I find it to be unnecessary work (no offense, if you love them) between the hair, making sure the house doesn’t smell, finding help to care for it, and etc.
Dog ownership is not for everyone.
