You must eat a shite ton of carbs on your morning commute if going low carb for one drive to work is this big of a deal.

That's why I'm fat. I was preparing for an outcome. Namely the end of civilization.

The way I figure it, I'm carrying around 2.5 years of calories.

One of these wraps is about 12 inches long and 8 inches wide and is only 6 net carbs. I eat one a day with lunch. Fresh spinach, blue plate mayo, spicy brown mustard, almonds, jalapenos and shredded sharp cheddar. Pretty good wrap. Eat the hell out of whatever meat I want for dinner

Eta: I actually split them across the middle and use the two halves like soft taco tortillas.

the worst part for me is that i never feel full.

I do keto and have the opposite. Mostly natural fat, some protein and very little carbs. I stay around 20 net grams. When you sit down to a plate of pork chops with butter and herbs with a side of Brocolli with melted cheddar for a side, you feel full after.

Honestly, if you only went low carb on the way to work, it's probably not going to have much of an impact. You'll likely need to stick with it a little longer than that.

Carbs don't make you fat, excess calories do.

you can expect for people to notice and expect to buy new clothes. don't buy a closet full of the next smaller pants size, because you might blow right through that size. you can expect your pecker to look bigger with the fupa gone. or maybe it's because you can see it again.

Old school thoughts. I can eat 2500 calories of standard food and not lose weight. I probably eat 3000 calories low carb and have lost 90 pounds in 1 year with no more exercise than I was doing already. Body doesn't process every type of calorie the same.
